Leafy Sea Dragon. This is a strange creature

I can hardly see you. 

From out of the cataract view emerged a large inverted tub with very long supporting legs. There appeared to be a large tube coming from the middle of the tub to the ground. I stood on the corner and watched. It did not move. I felt safe and took a picture.
 

This was the sun at 9 oclock in the morning. As you can see the fog almost blotted out the sun. This is one of the most dense fogs that I ever saw.
